After opening the blind plate at the tail of each reactor main pipe, carry out purging. The main steam pipe is purged with 0.3 MPa steam; the nitrogen manifold is purged with 0.3 MPa nitrogen for 10-15 minutes; the compressed air manifold is purged with 0.3 MPa compressed air for 10-15 minutes; Rinse with cooling water.
After cleaning the main pipe of the reactor, clean the jacket of each reactor one by one. Each branch pipe entering and leaving the jacket should be cleaned separately. Open the valves of the inlet and outlet jacket valve groups, disconnect the inlet and outlet flanges from the reactor, and enter the corresponding media from each header (cooling water inlet header, chilled water inlet header, water cleaning hot water header, steam inlet header), into the branch pipe, which discharges the water into the drain. The cooling water return branch pipe and the freezing return branch pipe adopt the above-mentioned scheme.
Cleaning standard: use a beaker to compare the water in and out, and visually observe that the color and transparency of the water at the outlet are consistent with the water in.
Air purging standard: use intermittent purging. During the air purging process, when the exhaust is visually free of smoke and dust, a wooden target plate covered with white cloth or white paint should be set at the exhaust port of the reactor for inspection. If there is no rust, dust, moisture and other debris on the target plate within 5 minutes, it is qualified.
